Comedy actor Vadivelu has finally walked out of Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikcei, the sequel to Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikecei. Director Shankar who produced the first part of the film bankrolled the sequel with his ‘2 Point0’ producers Lyca Productions. Chimbu Devan who made Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikecei was roped in as the director of the sequel and Ghibran of Uttama Villain fame scored the music. T Muthuraj constructed a massive set of worth Rs 3 cr for Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikcei.
Things went smoothly until Vadivelu came to the sets and started asking many questions. Vadivelu was also adamant in having a personal costume designer but the team had appointed an expert. As Vadivelu is unhappy with the team’s sources, he suggested many changes to the script and walked out the project.
Pissed off by Vadivelu’s behavior, director Shankar filed a complaint at Tamil Film Producers Council. Vadivelu has also filed his reply in which he said that producers neglected his dates and tarnished his image so he can’t act in their film. As Vadivelu walked out of Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikcei, the production house is facing a massive loss of worth Rs 10cr.
