Akshaya Patra is a non-profit organization which concentrates on fulfilling the needs of underprivileged children in India. The organizers of the foundation have appointed veteran actor Sathyaraj’s daughter Divya as their goodwill ambassador in Tamil Nadu. As Divya is an experienced nutritionist, she would understand the need of balanced diet for the young kids.
On the new honor, Divya Sathyaraj has opened up in her official press statement. Divya said: “There is no excuse for children to go hungry in any country, hunger is not an issue of charity, but an issue of justice, no child should be unaware of where their next meal is coming from.
