23Superstar Rajinikanth will fly to USA today for a full body check-up. The actor will be staying in the country for at least 10 days before coming back to Chennai. Rajinikanth’s mega-budget gangster action film Kaala will be releasing on June 7 so there will be a massive audio launch will be held in Tamil Nadu in May.
Before leaving to the US, Rajinikanth met his next film director Karthik Subbaraj. The actor saw the Pizza director’s new film Mercury, he called is as a technically well made with Prabhu Deva’s performance as the major highlight. Rajinikanth also praised the music and sound design of Mercury.
Karthik Subbaraj was delighted with the phone call of Rajinikanth, the actor actually also wanted to meet the young actors who played the lead roles in the film and music composer Santhosh Narayanan was also presented at the meet.
