Actor Chiyaan Vikram’s 300cr film ‘Mahavir Karna’ will begin in the month of October. A New York-based production house called the United Film Kingdom will be producing the magnum opus. To be predominantly shot in the Hindi language, the film’s director RS Vimal of Ennu Ninte Moideen fame has recently visited Sabarimala to offer his prayers for the auspicious beginning of the film.
Vimal took the script book of Mahavir Karna with him to the Sabarimala temple and sought the blessings of his favorite God Ayyappan. The shoot of the film will begin in October and Vimal is planning to have a wide release by dubbing Mahavir Karna in regional languages like Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada.
RS Vimal and the production house are in talks with leading technicians around the world for the film. Sources say crème de la crème of technicians across the globe will be joining hands with RS Vimal and Chiyaan Vikram in this prestigious project.
Before Mahavir Karna, Chiyaan Vikram has to complete the shoot of Saamy Square and an untitled with director Rajesh who made Thoongaa Vanam with actor Kamal Haasan.
